There should be NO biological males in girls’ sports.

Who would have thought when I was growing up that if a sport was designated for girls only, then boys would attempt to compete in that sport?

No wonder then that just two years ago the Idaho legislature passed House Bill 500, and Governor Little signed it into law. HB 500 had this very basic effect seen in the text of the law itself (Section 33-6203 of Idaho Code):

Athletic teams or sports designated for females, women, or girls shall not be open to students of the male sex.

If disputed, a student may establish sex by presenting a signed physician’s statement that shall indicate the student’s sex based solely on:

(a) The student’s internal and external reproductive anatomy;
(b) The student’s normal endogenously produced levels of testosterone; and
(c) An analysis of the student’s genetic makeup.

The bill passed in the Idaho House by a vote of 52-17-1. Those who voted against the bill were all of the Democrats and a few Republicans.

In the Idaho Senate, the vote in favor of the bill was 24-11-0. All of the Democrats opposed the bill, and four Republicans voted against the bill, including Jim Woodward.

Of course, common sense prevailed, the bill overwhelmingly passed, and was signed into law by the governor.

It is a fundamental authority of the people of Idaho and the State of Idaho to ban boys from girls’ sports. Scott Herndon, the conservative Republican agrees with HB500 and the sovereign authority of Idaho and would have voted with the majority Republicans FOR the ban on boys from girls’ sports.
